Our office has been in Forest Lake for over 10 years and we currently treat many of our cities varsity athletic teams. A recipient of the 2011 Humanitarian of the Year Award, our doctor will also be traveling to London for the 2012 olympics with TeamUSA Wrestling, TeamUSA Judo & TeamUSA weightlifting.
